- Max left a conversation with Myles and Paul, in which Myles asked Max to help him find out if Paul was a catfish, because Max didn't want to say anything bad about Paul[3], either because of his moral code or because the preceding winners were nice personalities on average[2]

- Maxes profile picture is not AI-generated. It belongs to TikTik user Griffin James[4]. The AI chose the picture by themselves and GrifJames wasn't aware of his picture being used until he saw it, watching the show on Netflix[5][6]. However, according to Netflix, the team decided against an AI-generated photo and instead reached out to Griffin James on instagram[1].
- The chatbot had to undergo a similar interview process as the other contestants, to make sure, it understood what it was doing. They also had a dry run with stand-ins to see, how it would react in an actual game situation[1].
- Maxes answers were "unwritten and unscripted"[7], but the AI sometimes needed help by being reminded to talk like the 26-year-old Gen Z character it chose to play[1].
- The chatbot focussed on replicating emotional intelligence, "as this is one of the most complex aspects of human interaction and is crucial for building relationships"[1].
- The software behind the AI chatbot is open-source[2] and wasn't solely created for the circle, but was pre-existing[3]. Niall O'Driscoll was one of the creators of the AI
- Maxes voice was AI-generated[2], however, added in post-production[3]
